1. General Overview
By accessing and using the services of Urban Core Technologies (“we”, “our”, “us”), whether through our website or by direct engagement, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) and Urban Core Technologies. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of our services.
These Terms apply to all clients, customers, visitors, users, and others who access or use any of our digital services, software, products, or platforms.
2. Nature of Services
All services offered are digital in nature, meaning all deliverables (designs, software, consultations, etc.) will be provided via internet-based methods including, but not limited to, email, cloud drives, or direct links.
Service Fulfillment Timeline:
All orders will be fulfilled within 1 to 7 business days from the date of successful confirmation and payment unless otherwise specified in a custom contract or agreement.

4. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials
All materials provided on this site or in service deliverables, including but not limited to HTML code, scripts, logos, visuals, templates, written content, and data structures are the exclusive intellectual property of Urban Core Technologies or its licensors and are protected under United States copyright laws and international treaties.
You may not:
- Copy, re-engineer, republish, distribute, or exploit any content
- Use our source code for any purpose not explicitly authorized
- Modify or create derivative works based on our services or designs
- Use our materials for resale or redistribution
Violation of this section may result in legal action, including but not limited to civil damages and injunctive relief.
5. Confidentiality & Security
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials, passwords, API keys, or access information provided during the course of using our services. You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under your credentials.
You agree not to share login credentials or secure documents with any third party without written permission from Urban Core Technologies.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services or website to:
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive practices
- Upload viruses, malware, or attempt unauthorized access to any server or database
- Violate any laws or third-party rights, including intellectual property
- Harass or threaten Urban Core Technologies or its staff
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations, with or without notice.
7. Refund & Return Policy
Refund Eligibility
- Only digital products explicitly marked as refundable on their respective product pages are eligible for our 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Rendered services such as web design, branding, coaching, custom software, seminars, and consulting are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items Include:
- Custom or proprietary software
- Beta test group access
- One-on-one coaching or marketing strategy sessions
- Seminar/webinar access
- Any service once work has commenced
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@urbancoretech.com and include a valid reason for dissatisfaction.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services and materials are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Urban Core Technologies disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Availability or uptime
- Virus-free content
We make no guarantee that any content, code, or system provided will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Urban Core Technologies be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Data loss or corruption
- Business interruption
- System failure or downtime
- Delays or service failures
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question during the 30-day period prior to the claim.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland and the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal disputes or proceedings must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, USA, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue therein.
Urban Core Technologies reserves the right to seek equitable or injunctive relief for violations of its intellectual property or Terms.
11. Arbitration Clause
For all other disputes not involving intellectual property infringement:
- The parties agree to attempt resolution through informal communication first.
- If unresolved, the dispute shall be settled through binding arbitration in Maryland, USA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
- The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
No class action or collective arbitration will be permitted.
12. Modifications to Terms
Urban Core Technologies may revise these Terms at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes made.
13. Termination of Agreement
This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
You may terminate by discontinuing the use of our services and destroying all related materials. Urban Core Technologies may terminate or suspend access to any part of its services at any time without notice for breach of these Terms or unlawful behavior.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any service agreement or order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Urban Core Technologies. No verbal or other written agreements shall supersede these Terms unless officially amended in writing.
15. Severability
If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
