The refund policy for a new purchase is protected by a 30-day money-back guarantee, ensuring a full refund if you are not satisfied with the services provided. If a client expresses dissatisfaction, we may issue a refund within 30 working days, processed either as a service credit or through direct bank deposit to the client’s designated account.

We request our clients to take a moment to read and understand the Refund Policy outlined below. These terms are designed to uphold service quality and guarantee that every client receives the value they expect. While we strive to provide top-tier services that align with the client’s business needs, we offer refunds on select design-related payments at our discretion. Urban Core Technologies reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on internal evaluation.

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies solely to new purchases. If a client is dissatisfied, the refund process will be initiated, and the amount will be reimbursed via service credit or a bank transfer, depending on the agreed method of reimbursement. Our accounting department completes all refund transactions within 30 working days of approval.

All refunds will be processed only to the original payment source used at the time of the transaction. Approval of a refund for web-based projects or service dissatisfaction must be documented and reviewed before proceeding. The client must provide relevant account details and a valid explanation to our support staff. Refunds and cancellations are applicable under the following specific circumstances:


• Non-Delivery of Product or Service

In cases where delivery is not completed due to technical issues such as failure of the client’s email provider or personal mail server, the client may not receive our delivery notification. If this occurs, please contact us directly for support. Claims for non-delivery must be made in writing to our Billing Department within 30 days from the service delivery date. If no claim is submitted within that period, the service is assumed delivered and accepted.


• Downloading or Access Issues

If you experience issues downloading or accessing your purchased files, you must report the issue to our Technical Support team. If support is not contacted during the specified period, your case may be considered resolved successfully. Silence or inactivity beyond 30 days from the delivery date will void eligibility for a refund based on download or access difficulties.


• Significant Defects

While we thoroughly test all deliverables, rare technical issues may arise. If you detect a critical issue, it must be reported immediately to our Technical Support Team for review. We reserve the right to rectify the issue within 72 hours of the initial complaint. If the problem is confirmed and not resolved within this period, the client is entitled to a full refund or a replacement service of equal or similar value. Please note: Our technical team may request temporary access to your server or system to resolve the issue. Delays in providing access may delay resolution. Failure to provide necessary access may disqualify the claim for refund.


• Product or Service Not As Described

If the service or product received does not match the specifications provided at the time of purchase, clients are required to report the issue within 30 days of delivery. Supporting evidence must be submitted to prove the discrepancy. Refund claims based solely on subjective dissatisfaction or unmet personal expectations without factual basis are not considered valid.


• Children Policy

Only individuals aged 18 or older may purchase or access services from Urban Core Technologies. Our services are not designed for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and suspect that a child has submitted information through our platform, please contact us immediately. If we become aware that information from a user under 13 has been collected without parental consent, we will delete that data and cancel any related orders without delay.
